Before you start, have ready: your title; your abstract (a short summary of your research, at most 300 words); your poster or slides as one PDF, PNG or JPG file of at most 10 MB (slides from PowerPoint or Google Slides can be saved as one PDF); a link to a recorded video of your talk (at most 6 minutes); and the email addresses of your mentor and of a parent or guardian.

We email your parent or guardian a link. Nothing about you is shown to anyone until they give permission.

The teacher, professor or researcher who guided your work.

Your mentor's name is shown with your presentation, for example "Dr. Anna Smith". Their email is never shown.

Record your talk, or for a poster, a video where you explain your poster. Then share it as a YouTube video set to "unlisted", or as a Google Drive or Vimeo link that anyone with the link can open. A parent or your mentor can upload the video for you. Anyone who has an "unlisted" link can watch the video, so share the link only in this form.
